Shizu Hamono

Shizu Hamono is a knife forge from the traditional sword-making town of Seki City in Japan. The team around master blacksmith Hisashi Horibe specializes in kitchen knives in both Japanese and European styles. The kitchen knives impress with their simple, beautiful design which combines Japanese aesthetics with European simplicity. Master Hisashi personally checks every knife that leaves his factory.
