Seki Kanetsugu
The kitchen knives from Seki Kanetsugu are entirely in the tradition of Japanese swordsmiths. The founder of the company, Kanetsugu, was a well-known swordsmith. However, the forge, which is over a hundred years old, no longer produces swords, but focuses on high-end Damascus kitchen knives. The Zutun line has a beautifully crafted blade made of powder metallurgical Damascus steel - tradition meets modernity. Klötzli Messerschmiede is the Swiss representative of Ski Kanetsugu.
