Delivery Time:

Within Switzerland delivery time is usually within 3-5 days. Delivery outside Switzerland will take longer, depending on destination and mail service.

We are doing our best to keep delivery times short. We thank you for understanding should the delivery take longer than expected.

Stock:

All items in the online store are in stock, unless they are marked with “currently not available”. Our physical stores are linked to the same stock; therefore all items are subject to prior sale. In such a case we would contact you as soon as possible.

Payment:

Payment can be made via credit card (MasterCard and Visa), Maestro, Postcard or PayPal.

It is also possible to send merchandise with an invoice, but please note that we consider these individually on a case-by-case basis.

For large purchases or for customers unknown to us, payment prior to shipment is required.

Shipping:

Shipping costs are to be carried by the customer.
Within Switzerland: CHF 10.00
Within Europe: CHF 20.00
To the rest of the world: CHF 30.00

Product Range: Online store & Retail Stores:

The product range in our online store is only partially coherent with the product range in our retail stores. It is possible for an item to be available online but to be sold out in our retail stores. If you would like to have a look at a preferred item in one of our retails stores, we recommend that you contact us beforehand so that we can make arrangements for the item to be available.  This is particularly important with imported goods, limited/special editions and custom made items.

In general, our product range is larger in our retail stores than online.
